Terms & Conditions for joyana Players

1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and joyana ("joyana", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at joyana.net. By accessing the website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using joyana's platform and services. joyana reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of a provision, joyana's reasonable interpretation shall prevail, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to joyana's platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. joyana operates a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. Players aged under 18 are absolutely prohibited from using this platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single account: You must not already hold a registered account on joyana. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have applied for a self-exclusion period that is currently active, either through joyana directly or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme that joyana participates in.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and current. joyana reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided during or after registration.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by joyana may result in account restriction or closure.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under the age of 18, we will suspend that account immediately pending verification. Any deposits made by an individual subsequently confirmed to be under 18 will be returned minus any winnings, which will be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Account Security

4.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your joyana account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business days to clear depending on your bank's processing schedule. joyana does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

joyana reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the platform following login. joyana may decline a deposit at its reasonable discretion if it suspects the deposit originates from an unauthorised payment source or if the transaction is flagged by our fraud prevention systems.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by joyana's payments team on business days aligned with Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit on your account. joyana will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other individuals, or previously unused payment methods unless the original deposit method is no longer available, in which case supporting verification will be required.

joyana reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. 4.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses on joyana are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). joyana does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If a deposit is made in a currency other than BDT, joyana's payment processor will apply a conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, which may differ from the mid-market rate.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

All promotions are governed by these general Terms and by the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses issued by joyana are subject to a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. joyana recommends that players review wagering requirements carefully before accepting any bonus offer.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

joyana monitors bonus activity continuously. Any player found to be exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting"), or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional structures — will have their bonus funds and any related winnings voided and their account reviewed for potential suspension.

5.3 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement within the validity period stated in the promotion's specific terms will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Players are advised to monitor their bonus expiry dates in the account dashboard.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using joyana's platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent activity: You must not use joyana for any fraudulent purpose, including using stolen payment instruments, providing false identity information, or conducting transactions that are part of a money laundering scheme.
• Automated play: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to interact with joyana's platform is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including live casino, poker variants, or sports betting syndicates operating in breach of these Terms — is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made and credited to your joyana account is considered fraud. joyana reserves the right to pursue recovery of chargeback amounts through all available legal means.
• Exploitation of errors: If you become aware of a technical error, software fault, or incorrect odds posting on the joyana platform, you are obligated to report it to support immediately and must not exploit it. Any winnings derived from an obvious technical error will be void.
• Misrepresentation: You must not impersonate any other person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, age, or location when using joyana's services.

6.2 Responsible Use

7. Intellectual Property

All content on joyana.net — including but not limited to the joyana brand name, logo, graphical assets, interface design, software, written content, promotional materials, and game integrations — is the intellectual property of joyana or its licensed third-party content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use joyana's intellectual property for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any joyana content without prior written consent from joyana. Unauthorised use of joyana's intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

joyana reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including (but not limited to) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested
• Receipt of a chargeback request from your payment provider
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6
• At the player's own written request for account closure or self-exclusion
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require joyana to restrict access

In cases where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, joyana reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, joyana may forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms. In cases where no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

joyana will endeavour to notify the affected player of any account suspension or closure by email to the registered address, except in cases where legal or security constraints prevent such notification.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joyana's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. joyana shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if joyana has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 8.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of the agreement.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with joyana's Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any promotion you have accepted, constitute the entire agreement between you and joyana with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
